If you decide to change or cancel your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours. We won’t be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped.
Yes, you can get a 100% REFUND if you are not satisfied with your purchase in reasonably explained cases such as receiving a damaged product or for any other quality-related reason.

Right after you complete your order with payment:
- You will receive an email from our store. In the email, please ensure all the details about your order are correct. It is important to have the same full shipping address. Otherwise, we will contact you via email for more missing details.
- Processing time for the order will take 5-7 days before shipping. Our partner warehouse will do quality check-ups with photo reports of the ordered shoes and prepare all documents for shipping.
- We ship a parcel with your order and notify you by email to provide a tracking number.
Depending on the country, your order will be delivered directly to your door by a courier from FedEx, Aramex, DHL, EMS, or another logistics company.
It needs 7 days for every order to be the first request from our partner warehouse or directly from the factory and do a quality check-up, then shipped to the transport hub warehouse to optimize shipping time and minimize your country’s customs taxes. As soon as the order arrives at the transport hub, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a URL to track your package. We ship with DHL, FedEx, and ARAMEX.
